The First National Bank of Frederick is committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for our clients and employees. Management is continually monitoring developments with the COVID-19 outbreak. In an effort to prevent community spread, we will be limiting access to our lobby to account holders only and will be closed on Saturday effective March 21, 2020. We ask that bank customers call and make an appointment if they need to see bank personnel.

We encourage you to utilize our 24 hour online services at fnbfrederick.com as much as possible. These services include the following:

  • View accounts and transactions
  • Transfer between accounts
  • Set email and text notices to track your account balances
  • View online statements and check images
First National Bank of Frederick is prepared to assist our customers as we meet the challenges of this virus together. We want you to know that the First National Bank of Frederick will make every effort to ensure your safety and the safety of our employees while continuing to meet all your banking needs.

First National Bank urges you to beware of scams and these scammers are using fear/intimidation, trickery, urgency or disinformation related to the virus to attempt to steal your sensitive, personal, or account information. Be on the lookout for strange calls, emails, texts or websites that look like they are coming from legitimate businesses or government agencies asking for personal information like your SSN, usernames and passwords, account information, credit or debit card numbers, PINs, etc. First National Bank of Frederick will never request such information through email/text/outbound calls and legitimate companies and government agencies will never request such information through email/text/outbound calls.
